We are delighted to announce that our establishment has been recognized as the 2022 Town Pub of the Year. This accolade follows our commendable performances in previous years, where we were runners-up in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Additionally, we were highly commended in the 2018 Town Pub of the Year awards. Our pub features a bar that serves two distinct drinking areas, each offering comfortable seating for our patrons. We pride ourselves on our good value and diverse menu, which caters to a wide range of tastes. For those seeking a bit of friendly competition, we offer pool and darts. We also host occasional quiz nights and live music events, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of our pub. Our food service hours are from 12-2 every day, with additional service from 6-9 on Fridays and Saturdays. We are located in Colchester and NE Essex, and we are proud to be featured in the 2012 Pubs Guide.
