St Margaret Lothbury
The church that we see today, designed by Wren, was completed in 1692, but its history dates back much further. It was first referenced in historical records in 1185 and underwent a significant rebuild in 1441. The tower, a notable feature of the church, was the work of Robert Hooke and was finished in 1700.
