Jongleurs The Castle
The Castle, located on the former site of the Wellingborough Cattle Market, is a vibrant theatre and cinema venue. It serves as a hub for both professional touring theatre companies and local community groups. The Castle was inaugurated in 1995 by its patron at the time, Jeremy Irons. The venue boasts a flexible theatre and cinema space with a seating capacity of 500, along with a cosy studio theatre that can accommodate up to 100 spectators. In addition to these, The Castle also features a restaurant named Franks, which offers complimentary Wi-Fi access, full catering services, and a licensed bar. The venue is also equipped with conference and meeting rooms, and offers free parking to its visitors.
