The Poynton Hickory Smokehouse, previously known as the Vernon Arms, officially opened its doors on July 26, 2019. This restaurant, inspired by the Southern USA theme, offers a unique dining experience with a dedicated bar area. While the establishment primarily focuses on food, patrons are still welcome to drop by for a refreshing beer, although it should be noted that cask beer is no longer available. The Poynton Hickory Smokehouse is one of ten locations that form a chain spread across Cheshire and North Wales.
