Miller & Carter
The establishment, previously known as the Princes Hotel, was an Ind Coope house before being taken over by Harvester. Unfortunately, it was demolished in 2003 without any clear justification. The venue has since been refurbished and rebranded as Miller & Carter in March 2019. However, it continues to disappoint those who appreciate a good pint with their meal, as it only offers heavily processed, carbonated beverages. The food and drink options are generally unadventurous and undemanding, catering to a less discerning palate. Despite the changes, the establishment still does not offer real ale, much to the disappointment of ale enthusiasts.
