The Merryfellow Inn

The village local, situated in the heart of the village near the church, underwent a significant refurbishment in the summer of 2015. This renovation project saw the transformation of a former skittle alley into a restaurant and function room. Additionally, the large patio and grassed garden area were recently reconstructed, further enhancing the venue's appeal. In July 2023, the establishment was taken over by Phil Vickery, a celebrity Master Chef winner and former rugby player. Vickery relocated his renowned restaurant, No3, from central Cheltenham to this village pub, bringing a new focus on food to the venue. This move signifies a new chapter for the pub, promising patrons an elevated dining experience under the guidance of a celebrated chef.
