The Lyle
In September 2020, a pub underwent a significant renovation and rebranding, reopening under the new name 'The Lyle'. The establishment transitioned from a traditional pub to a restaurant, with a focus on providing a unique dining experience. The Lyle's bar menu primarily features a wide array of cocktails. While it does not offer cask ales, it does provide craft beer options, including selections from Beavertown and BrewDog. However, as of March 2023, The Lyle's website has been deactivated. Prior to this, it was announced that the establishment had closed its doors on 31st December 2022.
