Huffy's
Located just a two-minute stroll from the shopping district, you'll find a charming black and white structure that dates back to around 1580, as indicated by the blue plaque on its facade. This historic building continues to operate as a wine bar. In its heyday, the bar was known for offering a rotating selection of four guest beers, sourced from small and microbreweries. Among these, a brew from Copper Dragon was a frequent feature. However, following a temporary closure and a change in ownership to Huffy's, the establishment ceased offering these cask beers. Despite this change, the wine bar remains a popular spot for its extensive selection of freshly prepared food, available for lunch and dinner. Whether you're taking a break from shopping or looking for a cozy spot to unwind in the evening, this historic wine bar offers a unique blend of history, charm, and culinary delights.
