Sommar
Sommar Leicester, a quaint brewery situated in the scenic canalside region of Birmingham, commenced operations on 1st July 2022. The brewery is renowned for its diverse range of beers, producing approximately six to ten unique varieties each month. Their offerings include American-style IPAs, sour ales, and a Czech-style pilsner, catering to a wide range of beer enthusiasts. In addition to serving its own brews, Sommar Leicester also features numerous 'craft keg' taps that pour beers from various guest microbreweries, providing patrons with a rich and varied selection of craft beers to enjoy.
