Located conveniently near the town centre, our B & B accommodation offers not only a comfortable stay but also a unique dining and drinking experience. We are proud to house The Cellar Bar, a popular local spot managed independently by Dark Bear. While it is open to non-residents, our guests particularly enjoy the convenience of having such a vibrant bar right on their doorstep. The Cellar Bar is known for its signature cocktails crafted by Dark Bear, but it also offers a selection of local ciders and ales for those who prefer a more traditional taste. In 2022, we expanded our culinary offerings by opening a new restaurant. Open from Thursday to Saturday, the restaurant offers a full menu that caters to a variety of tastes. For those who prefer lighter fare or are looking for a meal outside of the restaurant's operating hours, we offer breakfasts and light bites throughout the day and on other evenings. For guests who enjoy outdoor dining or a drink under the stars, we have 'The Potting Shed', a separate bar located in our garden. It's the perfect spot to unwind on warmer days and evenings.
