This unique space, situated on the quaint Roscoe Lane, bridges the northern tip of the Rope Walks district and the southern edge of the Georgian/University area. Since its establishment in September 1998, the Static Gallery has served as a dynamic hub for creativity and innovation. Originally opened as an art gallery and experimental architect's studio, it has since evolved into a multifaceted venue. Today, the building is home to fifteen art and design studios, providing a nurturing environment for artists and designers to create and collaborate. In addition to these studios, the Static Gallery also boasts a versatile gallery space. This area is adaptable and can be transformed to suit a variety of purposes, making it an ideal location for exhibitions, performances, and other events.
