Chequers
In May 2021, the establishment reverted to its original name, Chequers, after undergoing a rebranding and renaming process in 2013, during which it was known as Baileys. Additionally, a significant aesthetic change was made to the building's exterior. The plaster that previously covered the frontage was removed, unveiling the original brickwork underneath. This restoration not only enhances the structure's historical charm but also reconnects it to its roots.
