This spacious, classic pub, featuring a single room layout with a horseshoe-shaped bar, pool table, and darts area, offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It provides two types of real ales, served directly from handpulls, and two guest ales, dispensed from handpumps. After undergoing a significant refurbishment, the pub reopened its doors to the public on November 10, 2022. However, it's worth noting that there have been occasional reports of the pub running out of real ale. As of March 23, 2023, the pub has unfortunately closed down and is currently being advertised for lease.
