New Royal Mail
The micro pub, situated in a repurposed sorting room, is nestled behind the former post office, which has since been transformed into a café. The pub's name is a nod to its historical roots, as it was once the site of a Royal Mail coaching house in the village. Unfortunately, this coaching house was demolished to accommodate a new retail outlet. In an effort to modernize and expand, a covered conservatory area was added to the micro pub in 2021. This addition not only enhances the pub's aesthetic appeal but also provides a comfortable space for patrons to enjoy their drinks.
