Rusty Axe Inn
The village pub, a charming 400-year-old thatched inn, has recently reopened its doors to the public. It boasts beautifully maintained front and side gardens, providing an ideal setting for outdoor refreshments. Convenient parking is available just across the lane from the pub. The pub is now serving real ale and cider, with plans to introduce a selection of pub grub in the summer of 2022. This will further enhance the delightful experience of visiting this historic establishment. For those who enjoy a leisurely walk, the River Parrett Trail is in close proximity. Additionally, the Burrow Hill Cider Mill, a local attraction, is a mere five-minute stroll away. This makes the village pub an excellent starting or ending point for a day of exploring the local area. We look forward to welcoming you to our recently reopened village pub, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink in a historic setting, and perhaps even explore some of the local attractions.
