Volunteer Arms

The community pub, built of stone during World War 1 as a replacement for the one at Copley Hall, has been transformed into an L-shaped space. Upon entering, you'll find a brief corridor, low partitions, and a bar that divides the space into two distinct sections. One side is dominated by a pool table, under a box-beamed roof that harks back to the original building. On the other side, a marble-topped bar elegantly curves to face a roomy bar area. This pub seamlessly blends history and modernity, offering a unique and welcoming environment for the community.
