In early 2015, the venue transitioned into a free house under the ownership of a licensee with an impressive 30 years of experience in the industry. The owner's expertise and understanding of the market led to the addition of a third beer to the menu in mid-2018, a decision driven by past sales performance. The establishment has a rich history, originally constructed in the 1970s as a Greenall's pub, coinciding with the development of the surrounding estate. For nearly five decades, from its inception until 2019, it was known as the Harvester. Today, it continues to thrive, offering a modern dining and drinking experience while still honoring its historical roots.
