Copper Room
Stamford's inaugural micropub, which is also the only one in the area to date, is nestled within a charming row of historic stone buildings. This unique establishment first opened its doors in April 2018, with a focus on attracting a younger demographic. The bar offers a selection of keg and KeyKeg beers, although it currently does not serve cask ale. In addition to beer, the micropub also sells small-batch spirits, as well as tea and coffee. Patrons can also enjoy a variety of hot and cold snacks, ranging from savory nachos to sweet toasted teacakes.
