The establishment, formerly known as Rococos, underwent a change in ownership and identity in November 2013. It has since been rebranded, paying homage to the original pub that occupied the site, The Rising Sun, which ceased operations in 1906. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant does not offer real ale on its menu.
