Mancunian

The Mancunian, a quaint microbar, is situated within a historic townhouse that dates back to 1780. The establishment was initially opened in 2016 under the name Ancoats Lad. However, due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the bar was forced to cease operations in early 2022. The small size of the venue made it difficult to implement social distancing measures, which were crucial during the pandemic. Despite its compact size, The Mancunian was known for offering a selection of craft beers from popular breweries such as Shindigger and Manchester Union. However, it's worth noting that the bar did not serve real ale.
