Prince of Burford
This impressive, stone-constructed establishment, originally a farmhouse, likely served as a posting inn for travelers on the main route between Oxford and Cheltenham. Today, it is a pub owned by Butcombe Brewery and dates back to the 18th century. This former coaching inn is an excellent starting point for those interested in exploring the surrounding area.
