This Grade II listed building, boasting 16th and 17th-century features, is a testament to Dartmouth's rich history. Originally two separate houses, it was transformed into a pub in the mid-18th century, making it the town's oldest Ale House. After undergoing refurbishment in the summer of 2017, it has recently reopened its doors to the public. The ground floor of this charming establishment serves as a bar and restaurant, offering an inviting atmosphere for patrons. Additionally, an upstairs restaurant doubles as a function room, providing a versatile space for various events. This historic building seamlessly combines the past and present, offering a unique dining and social experience in Dartmouth.
