In 2013, Marston's sold a local village property to developers. There was a period of uncertainty regarding the future of the pub on the premises, but it was successfully reopened in 2014. The pub underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and now boasts an open-plan layout, comprising of three interconnected rooms. The interior design features robust beams and exposed brick walls, adding a rustic charm to the space. Additionally, there is a small function room at the back of the property. This room is available for public use, unless it has been reserved in advance.
