The pub is thoughtfully designed into three distinct sections, each offering a cozy nook warmed by a log burner. The interior design is captivating, featuring green tiled walls, enamel signs, and a variety of intriguing artefacts that embellish the rooms. The establishment is currently under the ownership of Joules Brewery, and it offers a selection of four Joules beers, two carefully selected guest beers, often locally sourced, and a cider. Additionally, the pub boasts an appealing patio and garden area at the back. In recognition of its excellence, the pub was honored with the title of 'Pub Of The Year' for 2018 by the local CAMRA Branch.
