Additionally, the bar offers up to 15 varieties of Lilley's ciders in bag-in-box format, and occasionally one on hand pump. The bar also boasts an upstairs room, which houses a pool table. However, patrons are advised to be mindful of the low ceiling when ascending the stairs to this area. The establishment has undergone a couple of name changes over time. Initially opened as Ref & Whistle, it was later renamed Styles Bar, before eventually reverting back to its original name, Ref and Whistle.
