Kings Arms Inn
The pub, a two-story Grade II listed building, boasts a spacious roadside bar featuring wooden floors. A few steps lead up to a half-floor balcony, offering stunning sea views and overlooking a large garden equipped with seating. The garden also provides excellent sea views and serves as a convenient stop for those traveling the South West Coast Path. After a prolonged period of closure, the pub reopened its doors as a free house on October 16, 2020. It is now operated as a community pub by the local village. South Hams District Council has granted an additional five-year Asset of Community Value (ACV) to the establishment. In early 2021, a new children's play area was completed, adding to the pub's family-friendly appeal. This charming pub, with its combination of historical architecture, beautiful views, and community focus, offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.
