Gresham House Inn
The pub, previously known as the Laffin Pig, reverted to its original name, Gresham House Inn, following a change in management in June 2011. This welcoming and friendly establishment is conveniently located just 200 meters from the river that flows through The Lawn, a location renowned for its iconic Dawlish black swans. Excitingly, there are plans underway to construct a microbrewery on the premises. If all goes according to schedule, the microbrewery should be fully operational by Autumn 2022.
