Gibson
The establishment, formerly known as Whitbread, has been independently operated since February 1996. It unfortunately had to close its doors in 2006. However, in 2011, it underwent a transformation and was renamed IL CICCHETTO. This new identity brought with it a fresh Italian influence and a shift in the beverage offerings, introducing keg beers and eventually cask ale to its menu. Towards the end of 2015, the establishment underwent another rebranding, this time becoming The Gibson. This change marked a shift towards a more sophisticated drink selection, with the focus being on cocktails, and it no longer offered draught beer.
