Located at the heart of the village, this recently renovated roadside inn is strategically positioned at the crossroads. The inn offers a diverse range of local and other ales, served from four handpumps. A conservatory at the back of the inn provides a delightful view of the Duddon Estuary and the fells, enhancing the overall dining experience. Additionally, an outdoor bar is available for hire to cater to larger gatherings or special events. The inn also hosts a series of engaging activities every Thursday, starting at 8pm, with a unique event planned for each week of the month. The current schedule includes a quiz in the first week, followed by Bingo, Pool Knockout, Darts, and a Casino night in the fifth week. These fun-filled Thursdays offer a great opportunity for guests to socialize and enjoy their time at the inn.
