The quaint pub, nestled between Leek and Buxton on the main road, welcomes patrons on Fridays and Saturdays from approximately 7pm onwards. The establishment's operational status can be easily identified by the light above the door - if it's illuminated, the pub is open for business. While the pub does not serve draught ale, it offers a variety of bottled selections that are readily available behind the bar. Please be mindful of the pub's limited operating hours. However, the landlord is known to be quite accommodating and may open the pub outside of the regular hours upon a courteous request.
