Upon arrival, you might notice the exterior is rather unassuming, with only a staircase leading downwards. However, don't let this fool you. Venture down these steps and you'll be greeted with a modern bar to your right. If you prefer a more relaxed setting, a left turn will lead you down a brief corridor to a spacious lounge. Both of these areas are comfortably nestled underground, offering a unique ambiance. The interior of our cellar bar has been entirely revamped to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We pride ourselves on maintaining a balance between modern comfort and historical charm. We offer a selection of three real ales, catering to the tastes of both seasoned ale enthusiasts and curious newcomers. In addition, we invite you to join us every Sunday when we serve complimentary cheese and crackers.
