Talbot
The establishment, currently known as a Marston's pub, was formerly recognized as the Frog and Ferret. It has the distinction of being the recipient of the South Cheshire CAMRA Pub of the Year award in 1997. The pub features an open floor plan, yet it is divided into distinct areas for patrons to enjoy their drinks. A unique feature of the pub is the stained glass in an upper window, which depicts a dog's head, specifically a Talbot. This symbol represents the arms of the Earl of Shrewsbury. The pub is equipped with both Sky and BT Sports for the entertainment of its customers. Additionally, it is one of the many venues that participate in the annual Nantwich Jazz and Blues festival held every Easter.
