Screes Inn

The Screes, a pub located across from the Strands, has recently been acquired by the owners of the Strands. They are now managing both establishments. The Screes has seen a modest makeover since the change in ownership. At present, it is being utilized solely as accommodation for the inn opposite. However, it's important to note that the residential use of this licensed premise seems to lack the necessary planning approval. Therefore, this arrangement might not be a long-term solution.
