Turkey Cafe
The Turkey Cafe, a notable establishment in Leicester, was initially designed by the esteemed architect Arthur Wakerley for J S Winn between 1900 and 1901. Over the years, the building transitioned from its original purpose to a retail space, before finally being transformed into a quaint cafe-bar around 1999. The cafe-bar boasts a modern interior, providing a stark contrast to its exterior which features a stunning art nouveau facade. This blend of old and new gives the Turkey Cafe a unique charm, making it a must-visit spot in Leicester.
