Wild Rose
This spacious, open-concept establishment, previously a Wetherspoon's, is named in honor of a remark made by William Gladstone, a 19th-century Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for Liverpool, who spent part of his youth in Merseyside. He nostalgically remembered seeing wild roses growing in what is now the heart of Bootle. The pub, conveniently situated at the foot of the Triad tower block, enjoys a diverse clientele, including local residents, shoppers, and employees from nearby businesses.
