Liberty House
This spacious, multi-level former Wetherspoon establishment, conveniently located near the station, has been expertly transformed within a listed building. The pub features a stunning glass-roofed area at its heart. Please note that the opening hours of the upper floor may fluctuate. The establishment has recently reopened under new management, and as such, the selection of beers and food may vary. The grand reopening took place on November 23, 2018, following an extensive refurbishment. The main bar, located to the left, is equipped with four handpumps, although the range of beers is subject to change. Towards the back of the pub, there is another bar with two handpumps, offering the same beers as the main bar. This area has been designated for dining. In addition to these features, the pub retains a pool room and a snug for patrons to enjoy. This newly refurbished establishment seamlessly blends the charm of the old building with modern amenities, promising a unique experience for all visitors.
