In October 2016, Amber Inns undertook a significant refurbishment project, transforming the establishment formerly known as the Water Poet into the Doctors. This venue primarily operates as a sports bar and has a strict policy of not permitting children. The Doctors boasts an expansive outdoor area, featuring a beautifully paved and bricked garden. This garden is adorned with mature trees and shrubs, providing a serene and lush environment for patrons. Additionally, the outdoor space includes a large, heated shelter, ensuring comfort and warmth for guests throughout the year.
