Welcome to our serene and untouched village local, a historic coaching inn that consistently offers a warm greeting to all. Our establishment boasts two cozy bars, each featuring authentic fireplaces, and a small, intimate snug for a more private experience. We are proud to have been recognized as the local Pub of the Year seven times and have maintained our place in the Good Beer Guide for over a quarter of a century. Our expansive outdoor area provides ample space for alfresco dining and drinking, allowing you to enjoy our offerings amidst the beauty of nature. As of summer 2023, we are under new management who are currently undertaking some refurbishment and redecorating to enhance your experience further. Please note that our food service hours may vary, so we kindly ask you to check in advance.
