Royal Oak

Established in 1842, the pub originally known as the Masons Arms is a charming establishment designed in the Tudor style. It once garnered media attention for providing lunches in a separate room for high school students from the school located just across the street. The pub, which now operates under the ownership of the Little Tap Pub Co., features two bars situated at the front and rear of the building. The space that would traditionally serve as the front garden has been transformed into a delightful outdoor drinking area. The pub also hosts quiz nights every Sunday and Thursday, adding to its appeal as a community hub.
