Thorn Tree Inn
The Thorn Tree Inn, originally known as 'The Thorn,' is a classic pub located on the outskirts of the town centre. Its name was changed to 'The Great Northern Hotel' in 1874, coinciding with the arrival of the railway in Ossett. In 1961, it was renamed once again to its current title, The Thorn Tree Inn. Recently, the pub has reopened and expanded its services to include food offerings. It also features a special Sunday menu, available until 4pm.
