Malt 'n' Hops
The Turner family has been operating a traditional free house since 1986, which has become a popular spot among many members of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). The establishment features an open-plan, split-level design that creates the illusion of distinct bar and lounge sections. Patrons can enjoy a selection of six rotating guest beers, many of which are sourced from local microbreweries. The house specialty is the Bursley Bitter, a beer brewed by Tower in Burton-upon-Trent. This beloved pub was recognized as the CAMRA Potteries Pub of the Month in August 2015.
