The main building, dating back to the 17th century, has undergone extensive refurbishment, tastefully blending the old with the new. This successful transformation earned us the prestigious CAMRA Pub Design Award in 2013. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious bar area that exudes character. The original stone-tiled floor and exposed beams have been preserved, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. During the winter months, a wood burner adds a cozy touch to the ambiance. For those seeking a more relaxed setting, we offer a separate lounge area. Additionally, we pride ourselves on our excellent restaurant, where we serve an exquisite A La Carte menu. We are committed to supporting local farmers and businesses, and thus, all our dishes are prepared using locally sourced produce. To accommodate our guests, we provide a large car park at the rear of the building.
