The ship aground
The former Courage community pub, an attractive establishment located just off the main thoroughfare and adjacent to the local fire station, is worth noting. In March 2017, the pub made a significant move by reintroducing real ale to its menu, much to the delight of its patrons. However, by April 2023, the hand-pumps used for serving this traditional brew were no longer in use. Despite this, the pub maintains its charm and continues to be a local favorite.
