Sam's 3
Previously known as a Tetley house, this suburban establishment features a spacious single room with a bar situated on one side. Outside, there is a quaint covered seating area adjacent to the building. The venue has a rich history, originally named the Sebastopol Inn, it later transitioned to Sam's Bar Too for a while before being converted into a steakhouse restaurant. The latest iteration, Sam's 3, officially opened its doors to the public on November 27, 2021.
