The original pub was transformed into a Chinese restaurant in 2001. However, following a significant refurbishment, Barworks made a grand reopening in February 2020. The establishment is now managed by Urban Inns, a reputable hospitality company. The interior design of the venue is both inviting and charming, featuring soft yellow lighting that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The walls are tastefully decorated with a collection of vintage prints of various buildings, adding a touch of historical charm to the place. The flooring is made of stripped wood, which complements the banquette seating that lines the walls. However, it's worth noting that cask ale may not always be on offer.
