Coach & Horses
The establishment, originally a hotel, is an Edwardian or late-Victorian pub situated at the heart of the village. Its exterior is quite striking and commands attention. The pub was known for its unique original interior features, which unfortunately were lost during a comprehensive internal reconstruction in 1991. Today, it features a spacious single bar-lounge with elevated areas at both ends, and also offers sports TV for entertainment. The pub was conveniently located next to the Leicester bus stop, but this has since been relocated to Stadon Road.
