Bohem Tap Room
The Bohem Brewery, originally located a short distance from its taproom, has since relocated its brewing operations to Tottenham. This brewery specializes in Czech craft beers, which are brewed by a Czech master brewer primarily using Czech ingredients. The water used in the brewing process, however, is sourced locally. The brewery prides itself on creating authentic Czech beer masterpieces, as stated on their website. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, maintaining the traditional Czech brewing methods. The taproom features four taps dedicated to their own beers, but also showcases guest beers, including those from Muswell Hillbilly.
