It is quickly gaining recognition as a community cafe and bar that serves its patrons in the early morning hours. The pub has shown its dedication to the cause of fishing safety by aligning itself with 'The Headscarf Revolutioners', a group of campaigners advocating for the same. In a tribute to Hull's celebrated figure, Lilian Bilocca, the pub has named its beer and lager offerings after her.
