The Union Bank
The impressive structure, formerly a commercial building, was constructed around 1878 by Mawson. It is also known by various names, including Exclusive Exchange Café Bar. Today, it primarily serves as a popular venue for the younger demographic. The building holds significant historical value, as evidenced by its Grade II listing. In addition to its function as a social hub, it also serves as the regional headquarters for the Craft Union Pub Company, a subsidiary of Stonegate.
