Kay Teal, a co-owner of Sands House, has successfully restored the establishment's reputation for excellence through her diligent, hands-on management style. The Sands House, one of the six Holme Valley Inns, is known for its simple yet delicious pub food and a rotating selection of cask-ale. The interior of the pub is uniquely decorated with numerous clocks, adding a charming touch to the ambiance. While not all of these clocks display the correct time, they certainly contribute to the character of the place.
